As a Personal Trainer I take my job very seriously. The training you do needs to be specific to your goals and enjoyable. With me you will be motivated, supported, accountable and surprised at just what you can achieve. You may have a health condition or injury you are wanting to work around or improve, but don’t know how, you may just simply want to lose weight, get stronger or get generally fitter, but don’t know how, have tried before without getting results or don’t have the self-motivation and discipline. Well, that’s where I come in.

Online PT is a convenient way of training on your own terms. At home, away with work, in lockdown or on holiday, as long as there is signal you can train. We use whatever equipment, furniture or accessories available and you will be amazed at just how versatile body weight training can be. I have a lot of clients who only do this option as it works best for them and their lifestyles.

My Weigh is an 8 week nutrition and lifestyle course set out to give you the knowledge and tools to change your life to a healthier one. Group based or individually completed, you will learn about nutrition, good and bad habits, lifestyle choices, goal setting, exercises and much more. The changes you make are simple, maintainable and for the long run, nothing is off limits and they are your goals specific to you and your life.

If you have the motivation, discipline and accountability to train on your own, but just are not sure what to do, then this is a great option. My programmes give you the exercises, duration, frequency, reps, sets, rest periods and what resistance to use and we go through it as well to make sure you are happy with everything (and to work out the resistance). My programmes offer you guidance and structure to follow, speeding up the results you are aiming for.
