What we offer

Starting back in 2010, Graeme Crick Personal Training has widened its services from just 1 to 1 Personal Training to include:

  • Injury rehabilitation working alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors.

  • My Weigh – an 8-week total wellness course developed and designed to cover the basics of nutrition, weight loss, lifestyle, exercise and mental wellbeing.

  • Online training - Train with me from anywhere in the world

  • Sports specific training - Exercises designed specifically for your sport.

  • Mentoring and motivation.

My training is suitable for people who are total novices to the elite and I have had clients aged between 12 and 92. Whatever your goals may be and wherever you are on your fitness journey, if you would like some help along the way just get in touch and book your free consultation.

Fully qualified and insured, I work around you to the best of my abilities. I have helped hundreds of people transform their lives and I have been a featured expert in multiple fitness magazines and national press, contributing to articles on health and fitness. I don't offer quick fixes or a magic pill for results. I offer guidance, education, accountability, honesty and support, resulting in sustainable changes for you. If I feel that we require another specialist e.g. a physiotherapist or chiropractor then I will always do so and work with them for your best interest.

A little bit about Graeme

Welcome to Graeme Crick Personal Training! I'm Graeme, a dedicated Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor with a wealth of experience and qualifications. Since starting my career in 2006, I've had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients, from professional athletes to beginners, including those with unique health challenges. My background in coaching and management has equipped me with the skills to connect with each client, making their fitness goals not just achievable, but enjoyable. Let's work together to transform your health and fitness!

I took my first Personal Training position at the Fitness First Head office gym in Poole in October 2010 and stayed there for just over 10 years. In that time I had to build up a client base on more than one occasion. I suffered a broken leg playing football forcing me to take 7 months off to recover. On my return I built up my business up to 50+ sessions a week, was an ambassador for Fitness First dealing with the media and contributing to many articles and blogs and I created my own weight management, health and wellbeing course called “My Weigh”.  It continues to be a privilege working with my clients and I’m looking forward to helping more people like you.
